Top Ten Tuesday: Books with Geographical Terms in the Title

Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.

Iโ€™m becoming a broken record but itโ€™s just been pretty hectic in my life to post consistently on this blog. I hate that Iโ€™m neglecting this wonderful community but at the same time, Iโ€™ve barely been reading and can hardly keep up at times.

Thank you for those of you who still stop by. It means a whole lot to me. I hope everyoneโ€™s September is going well.

This weekโ€™s TTT is all about those geographical terms. I wanted to be *extra* and find 1 title per geographical term. Let me know how you thought I did!

Top Ten Tuesday: Books I Loved Enough to Buy a Copy for my Personal Library

Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.

Fall is in the air and all the autumn decor has magically appeared. I donโ€™t know if Iโ€™m ready for summer to be over but another part of me wants room say bring on the fall colours and leaves.

Anyway, this weekโ€™s TTT is all about the books that are so dearly loved that you just have to own your own copy. I typically borrow books from the library first so I only buy a book Iโ€™ve read if itโ€™s absolutely a solid read Iโ€™d recommend and lend to others, as well as reread.

  • The Love Hypothesis by Ali Hazelwood
  • The Cheat Sheet by Sarah Adams
  • One of Us duology by Karen M. McManus
  • If Iโ€™m Being Honest by Emily Wibberley and Austin Siegemund-Broka
  • Illuminae by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff
  • Walk the Edge by Katie McGarry
  • Defy by Sara B. Larson
  • These Violent Delights by Chloe Gong
  • The Rose Code by Kate Quinn
  • Ruined by Amy Tintera

Are any of these on your shelves?

Top Ten Tuesday: Books I Think Would Be Great Book Report Assignments

This weekโ€™s TTT is a school freebie! I canโ€™t believe itโ€™s almost back to school. (Or already back to school for some places?) Where, oh where, did the summer go?

It took me a while to figure out a topic but this is definitely one thing I would love to know what you all think too. If given the choice, what books would you assign for book reports in school? And more importantly, why would you choose them?

Here are some of the ones I can think of that could be great material for essay writing. Let me know if you agree or not!
